About the role
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling, and candidate communication
- Assist with talent management and employee onboarding/offboarding processes
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives via social media, the careers page, and events
- Support internal communications such as newsletters and intranet updates
- Assist with DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives and related communications
- Help plan and execute HR events and employee engagement initiatives
- Support HR administrative tasks, procurement, and reporting
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 1.5 to 2 full years remaining in your studies
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented working style
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR, communications, or event management
- A strong interest in employer branding, DEI, or employee experience topics
