HR Working Student

Responsibilities

• Support payroll administration and the preparation of relevant documentation
• Maintain employee data accuracy within HR systems (HRIS)
• Assist with employment documentation, including contracts, certificates, and letters
• Help manage HR policies and ensure organizational compliance
• Support operational onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with HR workflows, ticketing systems, and inbox management
• Contribute to internal HR audits and process optimization projects
• Support health & safety processes and documentation
• Assist with general office management tasks

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR, Business, Law, or a related field
• At least 1.5 to 2 full years remaining in your studies
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel
• Fluent in both English and German
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills
• Based in or able to work in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid model)

Preferred Qualifications

• First experience in HR operations, payroll, or administration
• Basic knowledge of labour law or HR compliance
• Experience working with HR tools or ticketing systems
