HR Working Student

Responsibilities

• Support training and development programs through market research, planning, and coordination
• Assist with performance management processes and review cycles
• Contribute to HR analytics, including reporting, dashboards, and data insights
• Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys
• Assist in skills and competency mapping projects
• Contribute to HRIS implementation and optimization initiatives
• Support compensation and benefits analysis and benchmarking

Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree program in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• At least 1.5 to 2 full years remaining in your studies
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• First experience in HR, Learning & Development (L&D), or analytics
• Interest in employee experience, performance, and development
• Experience with HRIS or survey and analytics tools
• Experience with project management tools
