About the role
Responsibilities
- Support development and administration of base and variable compensation programs across multiple locations
- Provide coaching through annual Performance Management Review processes and KPI setting
- Recommend and implement development solutions aligned with HR strategies
- Create, review, and analyze annual merit increase data and matrix charts
- Manage execution of compensation policies, including pay for performance and incentive programs
- Handle day-to-day compensation activities including benchmarking, salary banding, and market analysis
- Deliver analytical insights on internal compensation to influence business decisions
- Provide advice and coaching to managers on performance management and continuous feedback mechanisms
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Mandatory Workday knowledge
- Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday integration experience
- Experience with short-term and long-term incentive plans
