HR - Workday Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support development and administration of base and variable compensation programs across multiple locations
• Provide coaching through annual Performance Management Review processes and KPI setting
• Recommend and implement development solutions aligned with HR strategies
• Create, review, and analyze annual merit increase data and matrix charts
• Manage execution of compensation policies, including pay for performance and incentive programs
• Handle day-to-day compensation activities including benchmarking, salary banding, and market analysis
• Deliver analytical insights on internal compensation to influence business decisions
• Provide advice and coaching to managers on performance management and continuous feedback mechanisms

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Mandatory Workday knowledge
• Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday integration experience
• Experience with short-term and long-term incentive plans
