HR Vendor Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and support HR Vendor Management strategy, governance, and best practices aligned with broader vendor management teams.
• Develop and execute HR supplier strategies, ensuring alignment between key stakeholders and business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including deal initiation, commercial negotiation, and supporting transitions or exits from non-strategic platforms.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives through Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and supply chain optimization.
• Implement vendor performance frameworks, including SLA adherence monitoring, scorecard creation, and regular governance forums.
• Build strategic relationships with Procurement and internal HR stakeholders to improve processes and tooling.
• Lead vendor-related projects and chair governance meetings to ensure continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Proven track record in HR vendor management within the financial services industry.
• Extensive experience working within Investment Banking or general Banking environments.
• Deep expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and the associated regulatory landscape.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness with experience in contract negotiation and deal structuring.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively.
• Experience operating within complex, matrixed organizational structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
