About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and support HR Vendor Management strategy, governance, and best practices aligned with broader vendor management teams.
- Support deal initiation, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with HR and Finance.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including reviewing existing contracts, supporting commercial negotiations, and planning for platform exits or transitions.
- Drive vendor performance by creating measurement frameworks, SLA adherence tracking, and dynamic scorecards.
- Organize and lead vendor governance forums, meetings, and community engagement events.
- Build strategic relationships with Procurement and manage internal stakeholders to improve processes and tooling.
Requirements
- Proven track record in HR vendor management within the financial services industry, preferably in multinational banking.
- Extensive experience in Investment Banking or general Banking environments.
- Subject matter expertise in the third-party risk management lifecycle and the regulatory landscape.
- Strong contract negotiation and commercial awareness skills.
- Ability to operate effectively within a complex matrix organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
