HR Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support HR areas and the reception desk in daily activities and duties
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
• Participate in tasks related to audit preparation
• Contribute to the creation of internal communications
• Create and update reports and support HR data analysis
• Provide administrative and organizational support to employees
• Assist in handling guests, clients, and suppliers, including meeting organization

Requirements

• Student (2nd to 5th year) or recent graduate (fields such as HR, Economics, Sociology, or Psychology preferred)
• Strong interest in Human Resources management
• Availability for a minimum of 4 days per week (5 days preferred)
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
