Responsibilities
- Support the HR team with daily tasks including medical certificate management and email inbox administration
- Organize employee files and manage exit documentation, including preparation, sending, and follow-up
- Assist the team with various payroll-related tasks
- Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting company culture and values through proactive support
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a school or university
- Ability to provide a valid internship agreement
- Minimum internship duration of 6 months
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
- Strong verbal communication skills and a high attention to detail
- A positive, "Yes, I Can!" attitude and a passion for hospitality
