About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the HR team with daily tasks including medical certificate management and email inbox administration
- Organize employee files and manage exit documentation, including preparation and follow-up
- Assist the team with various payroll-related activities
- Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the company culture and values in all interactions
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a school or university program
- Ability to provide a valid internship agreement
- Commitment to a minimum internship duration of 6 months
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
- Strong eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Positive "Yes, I Can!" attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
