HR Telecalling Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for various open positions
• Source, screen, and make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates
• Take ownership of lining up and scheduling interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams
• Manage ongoing follow-ups and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate statuses, and interview schedules

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment
• Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is preferred
