HR Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel administration and activities in compliance with national and international labor laws, trade union agreements, and labor agreements
• Oversee the monthly salary process and ensure the correct reporting and accounting of assignment costs
• Execute fiscal and social security obligations
• Maintain appropriate files for the accounting of personnel costs
• Manage and record personnel attendance and absences, including overtime, sickness, and holidays
• Process standard hourly rates for personnel
• Analyze actual, forecast, and balance sheet labor costs
• Provide regular HR reporting
• Ensure consistent application of human resources guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Optimize human resource distribution through HR planning and scheduling

Requirements

• Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with Excel being essential

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an HR role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
