About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee information within HR management systems (HRIS)
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and related HR documentation
  • Ensure full compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies
  • Manage the full onboarding process, including documentation and welcome procedures
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs and maintain training matrices
  • Collect and validate payroll inputs, including absences, overtime, and leave requests
  • Manage time-tracking systems and resolve attendance discrepancies
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits

Requirements

  • Experience with HRIS management and employee record maintenance
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation compliance
  • Proficiency in payroll administration and hiring processes
  • Experience in onboarding and training coordination
  • Ability to manage time-tracking systems and attendance data
  • Eligibility to work in Spain (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid working visa)
