About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee information within HR management systems (HRIS)
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and related HR documentation
- Ensure full compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies
- Manage the full onboarding process, including documentation and welcome procedures
- Coordinate internal and external training programs and maintain training matrices
- Collect and validate payroll inputs, including absences, overtime, and leave requests
- Manage time-tracking systems and resolve attendance discrepancies
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits
Requirements
- Experience with HRIS management and employee record maintenance
- Strong understanding of labor legislation compliance
- Proficiency in payroll administration and hiring processes
- Experience in onboarding and training coordination
- Ability to manage time-tracking systems and attendance data
- Eligibility to work in Spain (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid working visa)
