HR Talent Scout

Responsibilities

• Source, post, and optimize job openings across various platforms to expand recruitment reach
• Design and manage application and screening processes in alignment with company policies
• Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and conduct initial screening calls
• Manage the offer process, including detailing position terms, remuneration, and benefits
• Optimize recruitment processes by exploring new tools, platforms, and strategies
• Develop, structure, and document HR procedures and onboarding workflows
• Organize online team gatherings and offline events to foster company culture and engagement

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in an HR or recruitment role
• Proven experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
• Experience in performance coaching
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
