Responsibilities

  • Own recruitment and coordination, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and pipeline management
  • Manage job postings, candidate communications, and ATS hygiene
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US and LATAM employee and contractor HR inquiries
  • Support onboarding workflows, including documentation, system access, and orientation
  • Assist with payroll coordination and contractor payment tracking via Gusto
  • Maintain employee records, track PTO, and support offboarding processes
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Support the rollout of HR policies and assist with workforce analytics

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a generalist role
  • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) for a fully English-speaking environment
  • Proven experience with recruitment operations, including sourcing and ATS management
  • Familiarity with US HR fundamentals such as onboarding, payroll basics, and benefits administration
  • Experience working within distributed or remote companies across multiple time zones
  • Based in Colombia with a reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare, biotech, or clinical trial industries
  • Familiarity with international contractor management and multi-country HR operations
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or modern ATS platforms
  • Experience using HR tools such as Gusto or Deel
