HR Talent Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to Italian customers, helping them design and implement modern Talent Management processes.
• Lead strategic onboarding and implementation projects to ensure successful adoption of Talent solutions like performance, goals, and engagement.
• Translate customer HR strategies and challenges into tailored platform configurations and best practices.
• Guide HR teams in adopting data-driven decision making, people analytics, and digital workflows.
• Support clients in navigating emerging HR trends, including the role of AI in talent management and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to maximize customer value and ensure a seamless journey.
• Gather market feedback to contribute to product evolution and identify opportunities to expand product adoption.
• Manage a pipeline of consulting projects and act as a subject matter expert for the Italian market.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian (native or near-native) and professional English.
• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, HR technology implementation, talent management, or customer advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of Talent Management practices (performance management, employee development, engagement, and people analytics).
• Proven experience working with HRIS or Talent Management platforms.
• Ability to adopt a consultative and strategic mindset to understand business needs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product feedback.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR transformation or digital HR projects.
• Deep knowledge of the Italian HR market and labor context.
• Experience working with SMEs or scale-ups.
• Experience working with clients across diverse industries.
