HR Talent Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to French customers, helping them design and implement modern Talent Management processes.
• Lead strategic onboarding and implementation projects for Factorial’s Talent solutions, including performance, goals, and engagement.
• Translate customer HR strategies and challenges into tailored platform configurations and best practices.
• Guide HR teams in adopting data-driven decision-making, people analytics, and digital workflows.
• Support clients in navigating emerging HR trends, such as the impact of AI on talent management and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Gather strategic feedback from the French market to contribute to product evolution.
• Manage a pipeline of consulting projects and identify opportunities to expand product adoption.

Requirements

• Fluent French (native or near-native) and professional English.
• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, HR technology implementation, or talent management.
• Strong understanding of Talent Management practices (performance management, employee development, engagement, and people analytics).
• Hands-on experience working with HRIS or Talent Management platforms.
• Ability to adopt a consultative and strategic mindset to understand business needs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with HR leaders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into product feedback.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR transformation or large-scale digital HR projects.
• Deep knowledge of the French HR market and labor context.
• Experience working with SMEs or scale-ups.
• Experience working with clients across diverse industries.
