HR Systems Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter resource for HR systems, supporting configuration and functionality across various HR modules.
• Configure and support key HRIS modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation.
• Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) functionality and partner with Talent Acquisition to enhance workflows and candidate experience.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher to support HR analytics.
• Support system enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment.
• Contribute to the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, including configuration and post-go-live support.
• Perform ongoing data audits and system maintenance to ensure data integrity and support audit requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting HR systems, including configuration and administration.
• Proven experience with Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Compensation modules.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher) and data management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Exposure to or involvement in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Experience supporting or participating in ATS implementations or system migrations.
