HR Systems Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the management, evolution, and continuity of HR application solutions including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and associated systems.
• Ensure correct system operation by managing incidents, changes, and improvements under ITIL methodology.
• Analyze business requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure timely implementation.
• Coordinate with external providers and consultancies to ensure quality and efficiency in deliverables.
• Lead regional HR systems projects to ensure alignment across different markets and teams.
• Manage integrations between HR systems and other platforms (e.g., Boomi) to ensure data consistency.
• Drive technological innovation within HR by incorporating new tools and trends, including Artificial Intelligence.
• Lead and develop the assigned team, promoting best practices and professional growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems, Informatics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in leadership roles managing HR systems.
• Proven experience with SAP HCM Payroll and HR processes.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and other HR software.
• Knowledge of ITIL and project management methodologies.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools (required).
