HR Systems Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements
• Analyze data flows to identify manual steps and determine appropriate system business process changes
• Perform mass uploads of transactions (new hires, promotions, salary changes, terminations) into Workday using EIBs
• Support the Workday release process by coordinating and performing functional area testing
• Respond to and maintain requests in ServiceNow, serving as a Tier 2 escalation point
• Troubleshoot process flaws and provide technical solutions or alternate methods
• Maintain and update Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and business process documentation

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR systems (Workday) requirements gathering, configuration, and troubleshooting
• 4+ years of experience working in a service or support capacity
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow or a similar platform
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with limited direction and handle multiple high-priority tasks
