HR Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for HR systems and related processes to ensure stable operations
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents and user issues
• Support testing activities, maintain documentation, and contribute to system change implementations
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions
• Monitor data quality and support reporting and analysis to improve operational performance
• Translate business and user needs into practical system improvements and automation opportunities
• Apply security, compliance, and governance principles to all HR system activities

Requirements

• Experience working with HRIS technology
• Experience in user support, incident resolution, and managing system-related requests
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and working with large HR datasets
• Solid understanding of HR processes and end-to-end process flows
• Professional communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and cultures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and change management practices
• Experience with reporting, data quality management, or people analytics
• Proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI-enabled ways of working
• Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and HR systems governance
