HR Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation, maintenance, and integration of HR systems, specifically SmartRecruiters and Sage People.
• Provide technical support and act as the primary point of contact for HR platforms.
• Drive the automation of HR processes to increase team efficiency and speed.
• Champion data quality to ensure HR systems remain accurate and reliable.
• Maintain and improve integrations between HR systems to ensure seamless information flow.
• Lead the implementation of new HR technologies and manage system enhancements from kickoff to launch.
• Partner with the global HR team to gather feedback and deliver impactful system improvements.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role maintaining and developing core HR systems and hierarchies.
• Ability to translate HR and business requirements into technical language and vice versa.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and explain technical information clearly.
• Fluency in English is required.
• German language skills (written and spoken) are a significant plus.
• A self-motivated team player with a flexible and creative mindset.
