About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR Systems processes and configurations related to Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestures, and Outsourcing (MADO) transactions.
  • Provide project management support for acquisitions and divestitures, acting as the primary bridge between HR MADO leads and the HR Systems organization.
  • Partner with HR Global Services, Centers of Excellence, Payroll, and IT stakeholders during due diligence and planning stages.
  • Manage business and technical requirements, providing detailed design, business rules, and configuration options throughout the project life cycle.
  • Support systems risk management processes, including SOX compliance and information security.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement system solutions in partnership with global operations and IT workstreams.
  • Document processes, procedures, and update training materials, playbooks, and templates for future deal activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.
  • 6-10 years of experience in HR or a technical related area.
  • Proven experience supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
  • Advanced experience in Workday HCM.
  • Strong understanding of IT risk management processes, including information security and SOX.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday Compensation, Benefits, reporting, and security modules.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems in large-scale companies with multiple business units.
  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
