About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and onboarding
- Manage hiring perimeters for local and overseas talent
- Identify and drive new sourcing channels such as employee referrals and campus hiring
- Drive performance management and a high-performance culture
- Plan and execute staff engagement events and company activities
- Provide HR guidance regarding employment contracts, orientation, and official letters
- Coordinate with the payroll team on compensation, benefits, taxes, and insurance
- Monitor the HR budget in Vietnam
- Act as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries
- Manage MIS and related HR reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment
- Experience in a multinational company environment
- Experience providing HR support to expatriate employees
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an HR team
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with SAP and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience utilizing AI tools in the workplace
