HR Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and onboarding
• Manage hiring perimeters for local and overseas talent
• Identify and drive new sourcing channels such as employee referrals and campus hiring
• Drive performance management and a high-performance culture
• Plan and execute staff engagement events and company activities
• Provide HR guidance regarding employment contracts, orientation, and official letters
• Coordinate with the payroll team on compensation, benefits, taxes, and insurance
• Monitor the HR budget in Vietnam
• Act as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries
• Manage MIS and related HR reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4-5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment
• Experience in a multinational company environment
• Experience providing HR support to expatriate employees
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an HR team
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Familiarity with SAP and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience utilizing AI tools in the workplace
