HR Supervisor - Leaves & Accommodations

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house administration of leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 7-9 Case Managers to deliver outstanding employee service
• Partner cross-functionally with legal, managers, and third-party vendors to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
• Mentor Case Managers in facilitating interactive discussions and implementing compliant return-to-work strategies
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, quality reviews, and performance evaluations to support team growth
• Use data and process mapping to identify efficiency opportunities and enhance the employee journey
• Proactively identify high-risk cases and involve legal counsel when appropriate

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience
• 3+ years of experience providing HR support for large organizations (5,000+ employees)
• 2+ years of experience in people management
• Proficiency with Google Suite, including Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple HR disciplines such as Compensation, Talent Acquisition, or Investigations
• Experience supporting diverse employee types and multiple lines of business
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, from hourly employees to executives
• Experience working in both entrepreneurial and large, established corporate environments
