HR Strategy & Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the development of short- and long-term workforce plans aligned with business strategy
• Analyze workforce trends, headcount, turnover, and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights
• Assist in formulating and tracking the Group HR strategy and roadmap
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring, and costs
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across systems such as ERP and HRMS (e.g., Darwinbox)
• Track and analyze HR KPIs and business performance metrics to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Support HR budgeting, manpower cost planning, and cost optimization initiatives
• Analyze organizational structures to identify efficiency and optimization opportunities
• Partner with Business Units and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and provide analytical support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or HR strategy roles
• Proven experience with HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Darwinbox
• Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting capabilities (experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus)
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Strong business and financial acumen
