HR Specialist/Zeitwirtschaft

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure correct time tracking considering all shift models, surcharges, and absences
• Act as Key User for the time management system in compliance with labor laws and collective agreements
• Actively participate in the introduction of a new time tracking system, including training and 1st level support
• Ensure proper transfer of payroll-relevant data to payroll accounting and controlling
• Create evaluations and statistics
• Support other administrative HR processes, including coordination of external personnel service providers and travel expense accounting

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in Human Resources
• Several years of professional experience in time management, preferably in an industrial environment
• Experience in the introduction or further development of HR or time tracking systems is an advantage
• Proficient knowledge of collective, legal, and operational working time regulations
• Sound MS Office skills
• Strong communication skills and high service orientation
