About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for workforce planning, including mapping, scenario modeling, and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage components of organizational design and job architecture initiatives to ensure consistency in role definitions and job structures.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and refinement of the WBG skills framework and digital talent platforms.
- Conduct structured data analysis to generate insights and develop talent intelligence products, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop high-quality materials, presentations, and briefs that translate complex analysis into actionable implications for stakeholders.
- Support the integration of skills across key talent management processes such as talent reviews and career discussions.
- Partner with HR and technical teams to deliver cross-cutting talent initiatives and support change management efforts.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, organization design, or job architecture concepts.
- Proven experience with HR data analysis, reporting, and interpreting data in a business context.
- Demonstrated ability to use analytical and problem-solving skills to structure issues and generate insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR systems, digital tools, or data visualization platforms.
- Exposure to structured HR frameworks such as job families or compensation benchmarking.
- Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance HR analytics.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and supporting organizational change management.
