HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate seamless onboarding and deliver engaging orientation sessions
• Manage end-to-end work pass journeys and ensure compliance with MOM regulations
• Partner with vendors for accurate payroll processing and benefits administration
• Maintain accurate and secure people data and handle HR tickets via ServiceNow
• Support HR projects involving automation and AI implementation
• Organize employee milestones, engagement events, and mobility support

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related professional experience
• Previous experience in HR operations within a multinational environment
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management experience
