HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including HRIS profiles, first-day logistics, and induction presentations.
• Manage essential documentation such as contracts, background checks, visas, and termination orders in compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and assist with employment and change letters.
• Support the performance review cycle by setting timelines and tracking progress.
• Prepare HR reports, data analytics, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Administer employee benefit programs and coordinate with external partners.
• Organize internal HR initiatives, team-building events, and company celebrations.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR-related roles.
• Proficiency in reporting tools, such as Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
