HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for operational personnel support and clarification of labor, tax, and social security law issues
• Creation of employment contracts, processing of entries and exits, and management of roster software
• Preparation of monthly payroll for the internal accounting department
• Advising managers on personnel law issues and supporting the recruitment process
• Creating reports and participating in current projects
• Supporting the Service Point with administrative tasks and acting as the first point of contact for employees

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with a focus on HR
• Ideally further training as a Personnel Specialist (Personalfachkaufmann:frau)
• Professional experience in a hospital setting
• Proficiency in modern office communication and standard software
• Knowledge of P&I software is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and responsible working style
