About the role
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for operational personnel support and clarification of labor, tax, and social security law issues
- Creation of employment contracts, processing of entries and exits, and management of roster software
- Preparation of monthly payroll for the internal accounting department
- Advising managers on personnel law issues and supporting the recruitment process
- Creating reports and participating in current projects
- Supporting the Service Point with administrative tasks and acting as the first point of contact for employees
Requirements
- Completed commercial training with a focus on HR
- Ideally further training as a Personnel Specialist (Personalfachkaufmann:frau)
- Professional experience in a hospital setting
- Proficiency in modern office communication and standard software
- Knowledge of P&I software is an advantage
- Structured, independent, and responsible working style
