HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute full HR administration, including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees in the Netherlands regarding HR-related inquiries.
• Coordinate and guide (long-term) absenteeism management in collaboration with occupational health services and managers.
• Manage employee insurance and act as the contact person for external parties.
• Support and monitor outsourced payroll processes, including processing changes and coordinating with the payroll provider.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners on relevant HR themes and projects.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the optimization of HR processes and systems.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a broad, all-round HR role.
• Proven experience with HR administration and absenteeism management.
• Experience with employee insurance and working with external stakeholders.
• Experience with payroll processes, preferably in an outsourced environment.
• Fluent in Dutch (primary language) and professionally proficient in English.
• Proactive, accurate, and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
