HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Utilize various recruitment channels and AI-powered tools to attract top talent and build a steady pipeline
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Serve as a trusted People partner, providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and best practices
• Support People initiatives including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and engagement programs
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the Gaming or Web3 industries
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance recruiting and HR operational efficiency
