HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes throughout the entire employee journey, including recruitment, onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding
• Act as a local superuser for HR systems to ensure smooth administrative flows, documentation, and system updates
• Maintain high data quality and prepare reports and insights to support the HR team and the business
• Support managers and employees with HR-related inquiries
• Coordinate payroll input with external payroll partners
• Contribute to compliance, HMS (Health, Safety, and Environment), and the working environment, including AMU
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to more efficient HR processes

Requirements

• Relevant higher education
• Experience in HR operations, administration, recruitment, HR systems, or payroll
• Knowledge of Norwegian labor law, HMS, or payroll processes
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English (written and oral)
• Accurate, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong system understanding and ability to learn new tools quickly
