About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide all-rounded human resources and administration support including employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Organize training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR documents and reports
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Sciences preferred
- Previous experience in an HR role or internship is a plus
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR software and knowledge of using AI tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
