HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition and onboarding by syncing workforce requirements with operating plans
• Review profiles, interview candidates, and roll out offers in collaboration with talent acquisition partners
• Execute performance management processes and facilitate discussions regarding low performers and improvement plans
• Drive organization health and manager connect surveys for the assigned region
• Maintain strong connections with employees and conduct attrition analysis to solve for front-line attrition
• Visit sales offices and attend sales review meetings to interact with employees
• Interpret and own HR policies to resolve employee queries effectively

Requirements

• MBA in HR
• 1-4 years of working experience
• Understanding of HR concepts and evolving practices
• Strong execution rigor and high ownership
• Experience in a startup environment is an advantage
