About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage talent acquisition and onboarding by syncing workforce requirements with operating plans
- Review profiles, interview candidates, and roll out offers in collaboration with talent acquisition partners
- Execute performance management processes and facilitate discussions regarding low performers and improvement plans
- Drive organization health and manager connect surveys for the assigned region
- Maintain strong connections with employees and conduct attrition analysis to solve for front-line attrition
- Visit sales offices and attend sales review meetings to interact with employees
- Interpret and own HR policies to resolve employee queries effectively
Requirements
- MBA in HR
- 1-4 years of working experience
- Understanding of HR concepts and evolving practices
- Strong execution rigor and high ownership
- Experience in a startup environment is an advantage
