HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition and onboarding by syncing workforce requirements with the annual operating plan
• Partner with talent acquisition teams to source, interview, and roll out offers to high-quality candidates
• Execute the performance management process, including regular touchpoints and final evaluations
• Facilitate performance improvement plans (PIPs) for low performers and track progress
• Drive organizational health and manager connect surveys to ensure high coverage and engagement
• Act as a business partner by maintaining regular touchpoints with employees and conducting regional sales office visits
• Perform attrition analysis to solve for front-line turnover and implement corrective actions
• Interpret and own HR policies, resolving employee queries quickly and effectively

Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources
• 1-4 years of professional HR experience
• Strong execution rigor and high ownership of tasks
• Deep understanding of HR concepts and evolving industry practices
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a significant advantage
