About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance tracking, and documentation accuracy.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including orientation and background checks.
  • Administer contracts, leave, attendance, and benefits in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and act as a liaison between HR and the Finance department.
  • Maintain HRIS and trackers, ensuring data integrity and preparing HR reports and dashboards.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide first-line HR support.
  • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in HR operations or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and attention to detail.
