Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of onboarding and offboarding for supported employees, collaborating with global internal teams and external service providers
• Provide expert-level support to clients, managing queries regarding benefits, international payroll, and expense reporting
• Manage client relationships in conjunction with the client services team
• Drive employee and client satisfaction through quick onboarding timelines and high-quality service
• Manage and audit all HR records, including personal, contract, and job-specific documentation
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and Collective Agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams on Knowledge Base maintenance and Product Development
• Identify potential issues, assist in root cause analysis, and ensure proper resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of Human Resources experience
• Business proficiency in English
• Advanced knowledge of employment law
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office suite
• Strong conflict handling and resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within EOR or HR Outsourcing
• Experience working through CRM systems
