About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices including employee handbook
- Coordinate employee on-boarding including pre-employment verifications, offer letters, and orientations
- Manage day-to-day HR administration tasks
- Coordinate paperwork for H1 and Green Card filings
- Handle confidential information with high professionalism
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
