HR Specialist - L&D Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of low-to-medium complexity L&D projects, including design, development, and delivery.
• Implement learning solutions in various formats such as instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, webinars, and workshops.
• Partner with business units, Learning Solutions Architects, and vendors to deliver high-quality, multi-modal blended learning solutions.
• Manage project lifecycles using project management tools to ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Support vendor engagement and onboarding processes for third-party learning solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders through regular communication.
• Report on project progress, manage risks, and conduct retrospectives for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably within a learning or adult training environment.
• Thorough understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically MS Project.
• Competency in virtual collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Webex.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Agile or Scrum certification.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
• Experience with eLearning tools and standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI, HTML5) or development software like Articulate Storyline.
