HR Specialist (Junior)

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, acting as a recruiter and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with temporary work agencies regarding hiring and settlement
• Coordinate employee documentation, contract deadlines, and medical examinations
• Support managers and employees with daily HR inquiries
• Work with external payroll and HR service providers
• Manage time management processes, including schedules, absences, and overtime, to prepare payroll reports
• Support foreign employees and assist with international workforce integration
• Prepare HR reports and analyses and participate in HR projects

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 6 months of experience in a junior-level role
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) for daily communication
• Strong knowledge of labor law, specifically regarding working time regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• High level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience participating in HR projects
• Knowledge regarding the employment of foreign nationals
