HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support COE modules with professional HR policy, processes, IT, and templates (e.g., budget management, recruitment, performance management, and talent development)
• Manage daily communication with HQ contact persons
• Support HRBP topics and team operations
• Assist with non-employee management
• Cooperate with the HR team to ensure smooth operational workflows

Requirements

• Academic degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• Proven work experience in HR (experience in a high-end research environment is a plus)
• International working experience across different functions or countries
• High level of intercultural awareness and openness to an international environment
• Fluency in Chinese, English, or German
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools
• Basic knowledge of German labor law or visa issues is advantageous
