HR Specialist, HR Shared Services

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries via the case management system (HRCentral)
• Resolve employee and manager questions regarding core HR processes, policies, and Workday transactions
• Provide guidance to promote self-service adoption and the correct use of HR tools and resources
• Support employees and managers across global regions, including APAC, EMEA, and the US
• Validate HR requests for accuracy and completeness to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Document all inquiries, actions, and outcomes within the case management system
• Identify recurring issues or trends and flag opportunities for process improvements
• Support Tier 1 HR defensive audits and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Proven experience working within an HR Shared Services or service center model
• Hands-on exposure to HRIS platforms, specifically Workday
• Experience utilizing case management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused, service-oriented approach with high attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to escalate complex issues appropriately
