HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including orientation, 30-60-90 day check-ins, and new hire feedback loops.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, skip connects, and open houses.
• Execute monthly and quarterly Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, including nomination collation and event coordination.
• Maintain and update organizational charts and workforce data within the HRIS to ensure hierarchy accuracy.
• Manage HR MIS and reporting, providing dashboards and data support for audits, headcount reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory guidelines, and internal regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including TA, IT, Admin, and Finance to ensure smooth HR process execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Commerce.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or HR analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or Oracle.
