HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and advisory services to employees, managers, and HR management throughout the employee lifecycle
• Handle customer queries via phone and chat, ensuring professional and timely resolutions using HR Contact Center procedures
• Complete HR transactions accurately within internal systems and document all inquiries in case management technology
• Create employment-related documentation in compliance with country-specific legal requirements
• Monitor and meet HR Contact Center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Proactively identify process gaps, risks, or improvement opportunities to enhance the employee experience
• Support operational planning and workload management to ensure service standards are met

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required for daily business support
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, customer service, or data processing
• Demonstrated effectiveness working with HRIS and contact center tracking technology
• Ability to work in shifts (Monday to Friday, between 8/9 AM and 5/6 PM)
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (4 office days required in Budapest)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience creating or configuring HR chatbots and self-service solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI-supported automation solutions
• Knowledge of various HR processes and continuous improvement methodologies
