HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR matters
• Ensure legally compliant contract management, personnel administration, and documentation
• Coordinate the recruiting process and work with hiring managers to define candidate profiles
• Support employer branding initiatives and improve the candidate experience
• Advise leaders on employee development, engagement, and retention
• Ensure compliance with German labor law and maintain HR policies
• Support the digitalization and optimization of HR processes

Requirements

• Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong knowledge of German labor law
• Fluent in both German and English
• Excellent communication skills and a structured working style
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance people and business needs
