HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for approximately 30 employees and management
• Manage the entire recruiting process and develop the employer brand
• Collaborate closely with the HR Admin & Payroll team
• Support personnel planning and employee retention initiatives
• Manage the time tracking system and ensure data quality
• Conduct BEM (occupational reintegration management) interviews
• Support labor law inquiries with pragmatic solutions

Requirements

• Several years of experience in human resources
• Degree or vocational training with a focus on HR
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
• Ability to develop pragmatic solutions in dynamic environments
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Basic knowledge of labor law
• Experience with BEM is desirable
