About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for approximately 30 employees and management
- Manage the entire recruiting process and develop the employer brand
- Collaborate closely with the HR Admin & Payroll team
- Support personnel planning and employee retention initiatives
- Manage the time tracking system and ensure data quality
- Conduct BEM (occupational reintegration management) interviews
- Support labor law inquiries with pragmatic solutions
Requirements
- Several years of experience in human resources
- Degree or vocational training with a focus on HR
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
- Ability to develop pragmatic solutions in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Basic knowledge of labor law
- Experience with BEM is desirable
