HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including new hires, transfers, promotions, and exits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files
• Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Manage benefits administration including insurance, PF/ESI, gratuity, and leave policies
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, and local labor laws
• Administer HR systems such as Workday, time & attendance, and leave management
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards regarding headcount, attrition, and absenteeism
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related queries and policy guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in HR operations
• Proven experience working within a Shared Services environment
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Strong understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
