About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Saudi labor laws
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently
- Administer employee data and transactions through platforms such as Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures across the group
- Manage recruitment, payroll support, and employee records
- Support performance evaluations, training initiatives, and reporting
- Assist in internal audits and ensure HR systems meet compliance standards
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management
Requirements
- Saudi nationality is required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-6 years of hands-on HR experience in Saudi Arabia
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Labor Law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
- Experience with HRIS/ERP and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
