HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, specifically for technical roles such as Embedded, PCB, and Core Engineering profiles
• Handle employee grievance resolution professionally and efficiently
• Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
• Assist in HR compliance, audits, documentation, and training (including IATF)
• Utilize HRMS and ATS tools for effective employee data management and hiring processes
• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and company policies
• Collaborate with various departments to support hiring and HR initiatives

Requirements

• 1-3 years of work experience in HR
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Zoho Recruit) and HRMS tools (e.g., greytHR)
• Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and labor laws
• Proven experience in hiring for technical or engineering roles (Embedded, PCB, etc.)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with a "can-do" attitude while remaining a team player
• Prior experience in the Telecom, GPS, or IoT industry is a plus
